Kids’ Martial Arts Classes

Give your kids a gift that keeps on giving. Through Martial Arts, they’ll build strength, confidence, leadership skills, focus and so much more. Our instructors know how to get the best of every child.

Adult Martial Arts Classes

Our adult classes are based on the highly effective self-defense arts of Krav Maga and Kickboxing. Both programs give you a great total body workout while building confidence, helping you learn how to defend yourself, and a fun activity to enjoy with friends.

Krav Maga

Learn the art of Krav Maga and take control of your own safety. Krav Maga is used by military and law enforcement and takes a practical approach to self-defense.
